DAF dealer group HTC is delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Baker as its new Aftersales Director, strengthening the company's leadership team as it continues to invest in delivering outstanding customer support and driving operational excellence.

Chris brings a wealth of industry experience, alongside a proven track record of improving business performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

His appointment marks an exciting step for HTC Group as it continues to grow and enhance its aftersales offering across the business.

Chris will lead HTC Group's Aftersales operations, focusing on delivering industry leading customer service, developing the aftersales team, and ensuring customers continue to receive the high standards of service that HTC Group is known for.

HTC is a major figure in the DAF Trucks dealer network, with 10 truck sites around the south of England, including HTC Heathrow, the main DAF Truck Centre for sales and service in the group. Other locations can be found in Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead, Guildford, Reading, Belvedere, Oxford, Croydon, Shoreham-by-Sea and Greenford.
