Adams Morey is a well-established commercial vehicle dealership and service provider, proudly representing DAF Trucks and offering first-class support for a wide range of light commercial vehicles (LCVs). Our Eastleigh site is home to a skilled, friendly, and motivated team, and we’re now looking for an experienced LCV Technician to join us.

As an LCV Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of a variety of vans and light commercial vehicles, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications (will be discussed at interview stage).

Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternating shifts:

• 6.00 am to 2.30pm
• 3.00 pm to 11.30 pm
• 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on LCVs.
• Complete safety inspections and MOT preparation work.
• Use diagnostic tools and technical resources to identify faults.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Work collaboratively with the wider workshop team and Service Advisors.
• Ensure all work meets DVSA and manufacturer standards.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven experience working on vans or light commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (preferably with Category B or higher).
• A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
